UNTRUSTWORTHY FIRM

Appalling firm. Had quite a lot of work carried out by this firm in 2021. Was given a 10 year guarantee. Work lasted 10 months. Mortar falling out everywhere. Tile stuck on came loose soon afterwards. Contacted James Ward and was promised he would sort everything out. Thirteen months later, I am still waiting. Ignores texts and emails. When he does reply, gives a date but comes up with some excuse or just doesn't arrive - no explanation given. Unfortunately, minus stars are not allowed. AVOID
