The Retreat House offers a wide variety of classes and workshops run by an experienced, professional medium, Reiki Master and spiritual teacher, courses run in Meditation techniques, psychic development, mediumship development, and tarot reading. Classes and workshops are run throughtout the year in a comfortable like-minded environment, materials and manuals are included in course prices.

situated in the heart of Buckinghamshire allows clients to relax in the beautiful country surroundings of Weston Turville. Embracing the principles of Aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, sports therapy and spiritual treatments.
The Retreat House is supported by therapists professional training by accredited bodies, and over sixteen years experience as practising therapists. At The Retreat House we are committed to providing a treatment specific to client requirement, and of the upmost professional standard, as well as providing a relaxing and comforting ambience.

Aromatherapy Massage
A form of alternative medicine using the application of blended essential oils, specific to client requirement. Through sweeping massage techniques Aromatherapy can alter mood, cognitive function or health, aiding depression, insomnia, nervous tension, arthritis, and general well-being.
Reflexology
Or Zone Therapy is the process of applying pressure to reflexes in the feet "The Reflexes and the bodies systems are a reflective image"of the body displayed on the feet. Aids chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression, arthrirtis, back problems, oesteoporosis, digestive ailments and infertility.
Swedish Massage
A slightly deeper tissue massage than Aromatherapy used in order to ease aches, pains, and general discomfort in the muscles. Treatment can be used for full body relaxation or can be used as a localised treatment to treat specific ailments.
Sports Therapy
Using deep tissue massage and physiotherapy techniques, sports therapy treats specific injuries, chronic ailments such as back, neck and shoulder pain, migraine, or sports injuries. Through localised treatments sports therapy can ease general discomfort, trapped nerves, acute pain.
Indian Head Massage
Based on the Aureveydic system of healing used in India for hundereds of years, Indian head massage is based on systemic massage techniques and blended oils to relieve stress, aid relaxation, ease migraine and nervous tension symptoms
Reiki Healing
The treatment is conducted by a Reiki Master and is a japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and healing deep seated emotional issues. It promotes healing by laying on hands to the seven energy centres located in the body " life force energy" when life force energy is low we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy
