Why is it impossible to find a telephone number?

Having had a missed delivery, although we were in, and even after visiting the office in person, and even after finding, against alll odds, our local lovely postie whilst on his rounds it has been impossible to track down our documents, which were extremely urgent. All i needed to do was to then be able to speak to a member of the Firbank Way team for a bit more help in tracking down the item, but a direct line tel no is impossible to find. Such a number would have made it possible to find the location of the item so that I could pick it up. It is exceptionally frustrating. I should add that the one star is not for the nice person who I first spke to whilst I was actually there myself. They were as helpful as they could be. The one star is for the inab
