I posted a parcel from Scotland an expensive parcel. It has arrived at this Luton delivery office and it has not been delivered as a staff member has clearly stolen my package as they knew it was a mobile, tracking still not updated. Will be reporting theft to police
Very unsatisfied with service
We with fraud team contacted and being stage 4 cancer patient after 2weeks having to redirect parcel being victim of 20k fraud of address 7 Ryan Court luton was asked to hold parcel. After delivery now been taken to address I'm miles away fraud team involved they neglected sent anyway I now no longer as mum of 4 only things of value can't have brain treatment without ill die so after this office was sent so much correspondence and from our wisbech manager locating definitely with luton manger I'm now going to sue Royal mails staff all involved customer service and managers of depot and with backing social media Mr David mercy is a huge fraudster I will publicly see this man be stopped proess 14k followers and supporting us I won't go alone. Police today and others travelling down to luton my partner after funeral of his Nan. I won't recommend if you have a problem her majesty correspondence equally will be sent of staff whom represent are a fail to her service and support no way.....
