Welcome to Euphoria Fitness One-to-one training and small group fitness classes, with the aim of improving the health and functional fitness of your body and making you feel great.
Where do we train? Euphoria Fitness has its own large warehouse gym, The Workshop, in Stewkley. We also train clients in their own homes, and a a fitness studio in North London.
Do you run classes at The Workshop? No - much of the kit we use will be new to you, and requires both your and your trainer's detailed attention to make sure you're using it safely and correctly. We run small group sessions for up to four people - this allows your trainer to keep an eye on everyone, and give personalised attention, but splits the usual cost of one-to-one personal training.
What time are you open? Sessions last 50 minutes and can be booked Mon-Weds 7am-7pm, Thurs 7am-2pm, Fri 7am-7pm, Sat 7am-11am. We are not always there if there's not a client booked for that time, so if you are hoping to just pop your head in and see what's going on, please call first (07935 590 240).
I want to come along, but I'm worried I'm too unfit/too fat/have medical conditions/have injuries... Head trainer Ruth Frost is qualified to train clients with a wide range of medically controlled conditions including high blood pressure, asthma and diabetes. She is also very experienced in helping those with a lot of weight to lose, not only to shift the pounds but to find real enjoyment in getting fitter. Call or drop us an email, come and meet in person, and we can talk through your concerns.
How much does it cost? One-to-one sessions are £30 each, and if you block-book ten you get the eleventh free. Group sessions are £40, for up to four friends or family booking together (so that's just £10 each if four people are coming along).
Why should I come to you and not a mainstream gym? If mainstream gyms appeal to you, keep you motivated and have you looking forward to your sessions, that's great. However many people take out memberships and then find after the inital enthusiasm, they find any excuse they can not to go again. A big reason is boredom. You won't get bored working with a good trainer who's attentive to your needs and knows how to push you.... and you particularly won't, when you don't know what's in store for you in each workout, the only sure thing being the big smile on your face by the end! The Workshop is a fitness playground you'll be hard-pressed to get bored of... We'll push you harder than you would push yourself in a normal gym; keep your attention fully engaged on what you're doing; have your body achieveing things you wouldn't have dreamt of; have you cheering your friends on... and occasionally laughing so hard your abs ache! All whilst getting you fitter, more in tune with your body, mentally sharper, more confident, and happier.

""Ruth is like a breath of fresh air. She really varies the workouts so that I arrive at every session looking forward to what interesting and fun things we are going to try, which I find really motivating. In my case, I have a young baby, who I bring with me to the gym and, if the baby is awake, we sometimes incorporate her in the workouts so that I still get my exercise! This makes you really feel as though your needs are being considered. The workouts we do are unlike anything I've tried before and the results are really starting to show!""

""Being an extremely unfit, medically obese 30-something with numerous medical limitations, I was hugely nervous about my first session with Ruth. I went with three friends to a group session as I felt too nervous to go in alone. I was initmidated initially by the array of equipment but went in with an open mind (and a lot of self-depreciating humour). Fifty minutes later I felt such an amazing sense of achievement and even a surprising amount of self-respect. My group sessions are now part of my routine and something I really look forward to. Ruth's extensive knowledge has meant my medical conditions don't mean I miss out, some exercises are adjusted for me which means I can participate fully with my group. I have also taken advantage of Ruth's nutritional advice and with her support I am beginning to tackle life-long food demons and ingrained bad habits. I can't wait to see where my journey with Euphoria Fitness will take me and can't recommend it enough. If I can do it and love it, then truly anyone can.""

""After my car accident, doctors said I would not be able to leave my bed in six months, but they were wrong. Ruth has been an amazing and a key part to my recovery, she has tailored personal training sessions for each stage of my recovery, she understands not only body but mind. If you are suffering any kind of injures or simply need to tone up, Ruth will build your confidence and coach you step by step with some great results. She is an expert in various disciplines and you can mix and match the sessions to fit in with your needs. She is flexible, trustworthy and CARING with bundles of positive energy which will make your training so much more enjoyable.""

""I've had a few trainers over the years but none as longstanding as Ruth. Nine months on, with a weekly session - nicely challenging and fun - I can now really feel the difference. I've also arranged pole-dancing sessions for my wife and daughter, who loved them. Me, I stick with the more traditional gym equipment and routines!""
