Do not buy from this company at all

Do not buy from this place at all. I spent over £400.00 buying a shower panel and wall panel from them on the 24th and 25th July 2023. I spoke to a man called Roger who seemed helpful, hence why I went back the next day to buy another wall panel for my mother's shower room. As I was abroad, my disabled mother stated a shower panel was missing. I had told my brother to contact them and they had stated there is nothing they could do about it. We paid for a product and they did not deliver it, and they wouldn't deliver the missing part to us. We had requested a refund, yet they rejected the refund as the box was thrown away (after the builder tried to assemble the shower panel) Had I had know my disabled mother had to spend an additional £200 to pay for the missing panel, I would have never have told her to spend another penny with this shop. Unfortunately they exploited her desperate time as the job was being delayed and the house had no shower.
