Your One Stop Wool Shop For Milton Keynes
The Knitting Basket relocated to their Bigger Ground Floor shop; in Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire on the 21st November 2012. They had previously been trading in an upstairs room, just around the corner, at Threads and Patches; for nearly three years.
They have an extensive range of knitting and crochet yarns including:- Sirdar, King Cole, Jarol, and Stylecraft. They also stock Knitting Needles, Crochet Hooks, Patterns, Buttons and Ribbons. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Staff are always in the shop to help customers with any knitting or crochet skills that they do not understand; or to offer advice where necessary.
Knitting groups meet at the shop on Monday mornings 10:30am to 12:30pm, Monday afternoons 1:30 to 3:30 and Tuesday mornings 10:30pm to 12:30pm. Everyone is welcome to join the group meetings, regardless of their knitting or crochet ability. No need to book just come along.
