No update

This is the last time I will order something and it will be delivered through evri am yet to get my parcel since 20/12/2022 they attempted to deliver on the 30/12/2022 I was home the delivery driver said i wasn't at home blatant lie whole family was home and he didn't press the buzzer its depressing am yet to get my parcel till date 17/1/2023

Worst company

We gave the parcel on 6/12/22 to be delivered and it's still not been delivered till 24/12/22 Very important documents and no body to answer your telephone or to get answers when it would be delivered It's costing us a lot of money on the loss Over 90k Don't know were to go for answers Never again will use the service Don't us this company is our advice

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY

I had a package that had to be delivered by Hermes, I received a message at 21:00 that they tried to deliver but I was not at home, while I was at home.....they put a picture of a box and a picture of the GPS the driver who was not even on my street....I tried to get in touch with them, but apart from the robot, no one answers you.....in conclusion, the worst and most embarrassing delivery company

Atrocious Service

This company is atrocious avoid any company using this shower of incompetent idiots as there chosen delivery service at all costs. As the delivery time slot was tight I asked/requested that if I was not in deliver to my neighbour. This was totally ignored, didn't even bother to leave a tried to deliver card so on past experience probably a pack of lies!

SCAMMING THEIVES

Said in Saturday 9th tried to deliver parcel but no one was in. I WAS IN. Sunday 10th I then get a message saying driver can't deliver your parcel as problem with your address. So if thats the case how then could you deliver the day before. No number to ring to speak to a human. The online Holly chat is rubbish dont get no where and im still waiting. Pure disgusting. I AM NOW INVOLVING THE POLICE AS THIS IS THEFT. OVER £70 WORTH OF STUFF VANISHED

The worst SERVICE you could get

Hello Yesterday the 22nd September Hemes e mailed to say they would deliver between 9 1,o,clock Then i get another e mail to re schedule delivery between 17 21 00 They did not turn up This morning i get another e mail to say my parcel was delivered and signed for Again this morning another e mail to say they were going to deliver between 9 1,o,clock Not been out this morning Have received another e mail saying they tried to deliver and know one was in Will Never again shop with anyone using HERMES DELIVERY
