Some of the most disgusting behaviour I've ever seen

Inexcusable behaviour

My landlord used Steve Barnett Plumbing and Bathrooms for some minor bathroom maintenance back in 2018 to my home just outside Amersham. Work was fair, wasn't him who came though but his mate, a friendly local chap. However... and it's a big However..... since a video appeared on YouTube of this company's founder Mr Steve Barnett's harassing and abusive behaviour towards a customer in Hyde Heath , we don't want this abusive antisocial man in my home and my landlord has agreed to steer clear of using his services for any of her rental properties. I was shocked by Steve's inexcusable behaviour seen in the video, video has been viewed over 200,000 times. Regards, Tammy.

Very peculiar way to behave

A meteoric fall from grace. The director and owner of this company is responsible for some really shocking & offensive behaviour, a torrent of abusive language and threatening actions. The video in question - showing the owner behaving in this manner - was on Facebook yesterday (14.01.2022). I see quite a few people who watched the video have decided to write a review, no doubt outraged by the behaviour shown. Oh dear, let's hope Steve gets anger management lessons soon.

Avoid this company

Nearly £50 quoted to come and fix a leaking tap and broken toilet flush, this was in the middle of the week, another company in Gigh Wycombe eventually did it all for £39. Midway through the call when I'm talking to Steve Barnett Plumbing and Bathrooms describing the problems my daughter rushes urgently in and disconnects the call after finding what I can possibly only describe as a disgusting angry video showing the owner/founder of this plumbing company and his vulgar abusive behaviour towards a customer. This video had been posted on local site and I'm glad of my daughter's diligence in finding it minutes before I booked Steve Barnett Plumbing and Bathrooms. Wouldn't let him in our house since watching the video of his behaviour.

Not Recommended. Theres A Video doing the rounds on Youtube and Facebook showing exactly how Steve Barnett owner of Steve Barnett Plumbing and Heating behaves towards his customers. Foul-mouthed.. reprehensible.. abusive.. malicious. Just watch the video, it doesn't lie.
