3 years of hell and ongoing from Vw vwfs

Purchased a £41,000 plus interest of Vw Lincoln Vw vwfs - numerous issues from day one from electrical body to interior , tried to sort this out since day 1 of purchase I got lied avoided passed pillar to post and got nowhere . 3 years on and emailing Mike Todd for couple of months with no joy of help. Mike Todd according to his representatives and vwfs want me to do one ! According to the last representative who I spoke to on behalf of Mike Todd - I've further emailed and further emails from other representatives not willing to sort this issue since 2019 . I hope this gets his attention and may personally look into this issue . No compassion no consideration no respect no honesty no value and far worse how I have been treated by Vw and especially vwfs and the whole team
