Time wasters

Dire. I've wasted 3 days of holiday because they have booked appointments to do work and then cancelled on the day. When they did turn up for a morning appointment (8am-1pm) they turned up at 4pm. They make appointments before they've collected parts, so end up cancelling on the day when the parts haven't arrived. Lied about parts arriving, when I specifically asked them to physically have collected the parts before making an appointment with me. Extremely frustrating. I'd always support a small, local firm if I can, but I'd avoid this one.
