The Mental Health Lottery establishes a new and nationwide source of fundraising to help support and improve mental health services provided by Anxious Minds.
I founded the charity in 2015 after I struggled to find support for my own mental health, after leaving the Armed Forces (Army) with 22 years of service, funding the charity totally at the start with my savings and War Pension with the attitude.
