This company has changed its name to Revivefloorsandsand the address is incorrect too, the new address is 50 Draycot Ave Blackpool FY3 7NP The man at the head goes by the alias Tom Dane, however his real name is Tom Looker. Got two County court judgments against him one dating back to 2021 and the other in 2023 by myself. Owes me money for a service he didn't honour. Do not trust this man or his work/trading name. Con Artist
This guy (Tom) is a joke/con man. His old google page has now disappeared. When it was there his reviews seemed to be new, and his replies implied that the reason he did not have many reviews was due to having issues with his account and some old reviews were false. He will take your money, do half a job (or maybe no job at all from another review Ive seen) and then disappear. He promised me for over two months that he would come back to complete the work and never came back again. This was last October. Old carpet thresholds left in, a concrete threshold left uncovered, holes left in floorboards and some of the worst fill in work you could imagine. He claimed afterwards that it was too big of a job and couldnt be rectified. You would think he would tell you this before starting the job and taking money. Only reason I paid him was due to him telling me he really needed the money and what seemed a genuine promise of coming back to complete the work. I blame myself for being so naive.
Do not use
Do not use this company. I had a deposit of £200 taken and was then told the work could not be done. No monies have been returned to me. It has been almost a month now.
